What counts as an "active player"?

Accepted Answer

An active player is any athlete currently enrolled and being tracked in your academy's roster for attendance, payments, or performance. Students you've archived or marked inactive don't count toward your tier limit.

What happens if I go over my plan's student limit?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks and nothing gets locked. Extra students are simply billed at your plan's per-student rate — ₹15 on Starter, ₹13 on Growth, ₹11 on Academy Plus — and appear as a line on your next invoice. If the next plan up works out cheaper at your roster size, we'll tell you rather than let the overage run.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Any time, in either direction. Your academy, athletes, history and settings stay exactly where they are — switching a plan changes what you're billed, not what you have. There's no migration, no re-onboarding and no downtime.

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Data migration and onboarding support are included on every plan, Starter upward. You pay the monthly fee and nothing else.

Do I get the Discovery & Visibility features on every plan, or only higher tiers?

Accepted Answer

Every plan, in full. Discovery, public athlete and academy profiles, the sports network and in-app messaging are the whole point of PlayerWalk, so we don't gate them. Plans differ on roster size, staff seats and support speed — never on features.

What's the difference between monthly, 6-month, and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Only the price and how often you're invoiced. Six-month billing takes 12% off the monthly rate and yearly takes 20% off; you get an identical product either way. Monthly is the safe way to start, and you can move to a longer term whenever you're ready.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current cycle. On a 6-month or yearly term you keep access for the period you've paid for. You can export your data at any point — it's yours, and it leaves with you.

Will my price change if I renew later?

Accepted Answer

Your rate is fixed for the term you've bought. If our list price changes, we'll give you notice well before renewal so you're never surprised by an invoice.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by role so a coach only sees their own batches, and we never sell or share athlete data. You can export or delete your academy's records on request.
